Role Description
We are looking for a General Dentist to join our founding team at our new clinic in Roeselare.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive general dental care, including diagnostics, preventive treatments, restorative procedures, and patient follow-up. You will work in a modern, fully equipped clinic and collaborate closely with other dental professionals to ensure continuity of care and a high standard of treatment.
This is an on-site position with direct patient contact and a strong emphasis on trust, quality, and long-term patient relationships.
The working schedule and collaboration model can be discussed transparently based on experience and mutual expectations.
Your Profile
Recognized dental degree (Belgium or EU)
Eligible for, or in the process of obtaining, a RIZIV number
Experience in general dentistry, including preventive and restorative care
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Motivation to grow within a new, well-organized clinic
Knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus; willingness to learn Dutch is appreciated
