We're now looking for a UC Support Engineer to join our team and be the technical backbone behind our UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) platform.

About The Job
As a UC Support Engineer, you'll work closely with our partners and customers to ensure our solutions run smoothly — from installation to innovation.
You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
About You
You're a curious and hands-on problem solver who enjoys diving into new technology and helping others succeed. You think like a customer, communicate clearly, and love the challenge of troubleshooting.
What You Bring
Broad IT knowledge and a genuine interest in new technologies
Customer-first mindset and strong analytical skills
Understanding of IP networking, VoIP, and Unified Communications
Organized, proactive, and always looking to improve processes
Languages
Fluent in Dutch and French or fluent in French and English – you can confidently deliver trainings in both
Comfortable with technical English
