As Account Manager, you will help us deliver on our mission of improving healthcare by promoting and selling Stryker’s Joint Replacement product portfolio in the region of Oost-Vlaanderen in Belgium.
Our Joint Replacement division offers market-leading implants for the hip and knee that enhance patient and hospital outcomes with procedural excellence. Additionally, you will support the sales cycle of our innovative Mako Robotics in your region, enabling surgeons to achieve more predictable surgical outcomes and shorter recovery times for patients.

Your key responsibilities:
* Begin with product trainings to familiarize yourself with the portfolio and develop relationships with stakeholders.
* Identify, analyze, and prospect new customers while maintaining service to existing ones.
* Plan and execute sales strategies and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
* Advise and train medical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating theater when needed.
* Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to expand your network and knowledge.
* Prepare orders and follow up with customers, ensuring excellent service.
* Collaborate closely with team members in Belgium and the Sales Manager to ensure top-tier customer service.
What are we looking for?
* Proven sales experience, preferably in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related fields.
* Orthopedics knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Degree in business, physiotherapy, nursing, healthcare, or relevant areas.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
* A valid driver’s license for regular customer visits.
