Job Title: Technical and Administrative Support Agent
Language: English, French
Location: Gosselies, Belgium
Duration: 02/02/ /12/2026
Work Mode: Hybrid ( 2 or 3 onsite/week)
Work regime: Full time

Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
Main Tasks:
Provides first-line support, handling incidents and requests.
Installs and configures small equipment.
Manages and processes user requests.
Management of removals or relocations (MFPs, plotters, screens, etc.)
Augias Share management
User ID management (creation, deletion, data modification, LM modification)
Encoding in a ticketing tool (Easy it, etc.)
Monitoring and processing requests with our supplier
Maintaining an up-to-date inventory (printers, laptops, desktops, etc.)
Processing and monitoring emails from Basic Facilities mailboxes
Creating and updating procedures within the scope of the role
Monthly encoding of Basic Facilities KPIs and providing reports
Analysis of monthly billing and tracking of any errors
KIR (Keep IT Running) management
Active participation in workshops
Interaction with other teams
Soft skills:
Good oral and written presentation
Team spirit. Must be able to integrate into an existing team
Proactive / analytical / precise and rigorous in work
Mobile. Willingness to travel throughout the Walloon Region
This position primarily focuses on the technical/administrative aspects; a good understanding of IT is required.
Technical skills:
Proven experience as a Technical/Administrative Support Agent – minimum 1 year – Must have
Proven experience with Windows Client – Must have
Knowledge of Active Directory – Must have
Proven experience using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) – Must have
Basic knowledge of computer and multimedia connectivity – Must have
Proven experience in dispatching and tracking requests – Must have
Proven experience in inventory management – Must have
Proven experience in managing emails and calendars (Outlook) – Must have
Confirmed experience in a Basic Facilities department – Must have
French level C2
English level B2
Core Skills & Requirements (Must Have)
Active Directory Knowledge – Demonstrable experience required
Computer & Multimedia Connectivity – Basic knowledge required
Basic Facilities Service – Proven experience required
Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) – Proven experience required
Dispatching & Tracking Requests – Proven experience required
Inventory Tracking – Proven experience required
Outlook (Emails & Calendars) – Proven experience required
Technical & Administrative Support Agent – 3 years demonstrable experience, Medior (3–5 years)
Language Requirement – French CEFR level C2
Additional Skills (Should Have)
Windows Client – Proven experience desirable
Language Requirement – English CEFR level B2
