Position
As a member of the IT team, you will play a crucial role in providing our employees with the necessary systems, software, and IT support to excel in their roles. You willbe responsible formanaging application and system accesses, overseeing employee IT lifecycle management, and ensuring adherence to IT policies and procedures to support the efficient functioning of our growing business. In this role you will get the chance to help build a solid IT department in a growing, dynamic business.
Responsibilities
* Manage application and system accesses and perform employee IT lifecycle management including onboarding new employees,modifyingaccesses, and conducting offboarding procedures
* Own and drive projects for new IT solutions from start to finish (f.e. application rollouts, setup end point protection solutions, meeting room design, ...)
* Implement and refine IT policies and procedures and provide training to application users and managers
* Develop andmaintainIT documentation related to operations activities
* In the first stage of your employment, this role will require some hands-on responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-line IT support to colleagues,facilitatingtheir integration with company devices and tools.
* Manage IT assets andbe responsible forprovisioning devices via a Mobile Device Management solution
* Manage andmonitorthe internal network components and Microsoft 365 environment
* In the long run, we are looking to prepare and coordinate managed services partnerships for these responsibilities. You will helpsetting up and coordinatingthesepartnerships
Qualifications
* Minimum3years of experiencein asimilar role
* Expertisein networks, desktop management (MacOS and Microsoft), network infrastructure, telecommunications, SSO, Enterprise Mobility Management Solutions, and Cloud application management (e.g., Microsoft 365, Odoo, Atlassian, etc.)
* Experience and/or affinity with training and guiding end-users
* Familiarity with service desk systems and management systems
* Proficiencyin English, both spoken and written
* Proficiencyin automation and scripting languages
* Knowledge of modern technologies and applications
* Devotion for delivering superior IT solutions and passion to help colleagues improve professionally
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and capability to collaborate across teams
* A 'green heart’ and believe in renewable energy
