As finance project manager in our new transformation department,you’ll play a key role in driving finance-related projects that support business growth in a fast-changing environment.
You will lead the finance stream for acquisition projects, ensuring smooth integration once deals are in motion. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll define project objectives, success criteria, and deliverables. While these are determined collaboratively, you will take full responsibility for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure effective execution and integration.
Additionally, you’ll evaluate and optimize key financial processes, such as the integration of financial systems, reporting structures, and operational workflows. Your projects will focus on ensuring compliance with internal policies, international regulations, and governance standards like IFRS, e-invoicing, and GDPR. Proactively identifying challenges, risks, and opportunities, you’ll ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and smoothly.
Beyond M&A, you’ll also lead other finance-related initiatives, including process optimizations, system implementations, and reporting enhancements. Your expertise will ensure continuous improvements in financial operations across the business.

Who are we looking for?
You'll succeed if:
You bring a strong interest in finance, supported by a master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline, along with several years of relevant expertise in controlling, consolidation, or accounting. Experience in an international industrial setting is considered an advantage, as is familiarity with SAP and SAC.
You have strong analytical skills and a natural ability to collaborate across teams and engage with senior management. A basic understanding of project management methodologies is considered an asset and helps you contribute effectively to cross-functional initiatives
