Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all on-site mechanical construction activities
* Develop and execute construction methodologies, schedules, and sequencing strategies
* Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, CSA, and other project disciplines
* Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and project resources effectively
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems
* Monitor progress against programme milestones and budget targets
* Proactively identify and resolve technical and construction challenges
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior project stakeholders
* Contribute to project reporting, risk management, and mitigation activities
Requirements & Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
* Significant experience in mechanical construction management on large-scale projects
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, and mechanical building services systems
* Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
* Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
* In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards
Desirable Experience
* Background in mission-critical, data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects
* Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards professional accreditation
* Experience delivering projects through the full lifecycle, from construction to final handover
