who is motivated, collaborative, and quality-focused, seeking to grow within a demanding industrial and technological environment.
Main Responsibilities
Job Description & Sourcing
* Draft job descriptions in compliance with Quality standards.
* Implement sourcing strategies tailored to shortage occupations: CV databases, social media, aeronautical/technical/engineering schools, job fairs, direct search, company visits, etc.
* Promote the company to candidates by highlighting aerospace projects as well as the company's safety and quality culture.
Full Recruitment Cycle
* Screen and shortlist applications by assessing technical skills (blueprint reading, aerospace processes, certifications, tooling, etc.) and soft skills.
* Conduct selection interviews (HR + technical interviews in coordination with subject-matter experts).
* Coordinate potential tests: practical assessments, language tests, assessments, etc.
* Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Selection & Decision
* Present shortlists to hiring managers with well-supported assessments.
* Organize interviews with managers/business stakeholders.
* Support hiring managers in the final decision-making process.
* Perform all required regulatory and compliance checks.
Onboarding
* Prepare the arrival of new employees in coordination with the HR team.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding journey.
Reporting & Compliance
* Monitor key recruitment KPIs.
* Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with social regulations, customer requirements and aeronautical quality standards.
* Manage recruitment and employer branding projects.
Quality Standards
* Ensuring compliance with EN9100 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental standards.
* Performing rigorous self-checks to guarantee quality and compliance of your work.
* Sharing your expertise and knowledge with new team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support.
Profile
Education / Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
* An asset: knowledge of aeronautical (MRO) or production-related roles, or experience recruiting for shortage occupations.

* Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and employees.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas into daily activities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Solid understanding of social media and up-to-date recruitment trends.
Languages
* Trilingual: Dutch / French / English.
IT Skills
* Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn.
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset.
