About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Ecommerce Manager to lead the global digital
sales ecosystem of SHA Wellness Clinic across Spain and Mexico.
This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and brand, with full
accountability for driving online revenue growth, optimizing conversion, and enhancing the
digital customer experience across all touchpoints — from initial discovery to booking and
post-stay engagement.
The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical and commercial mindset with deep
expertise in CRO, digital product, CRM ecosystems, and luxury customer experience,
ensuring that every interaction reflects SHA’s premium positioning while maximizing
performance.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior ecommerce or digital leadership role, ideally within luxury, hospitality, wellness, or premium consumer brands.
* Strong expertise in:
o CRO and growth strategies
o UX/UI and digital product development
o Analytics and data-driven decision making
* Hands-on experience with:
o HubSpot (CRM, CMS, automation)
o WordPress ecosystems
o GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, Clarity
* Solid understanding of:
o APIs, integrations, and digital architectures
o Ecommerce operations (payments, subscriptions, logistics)
* Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue and impact business performance.
* Experience managing global markets and adapting strategies to different regions.
