R&D Engineer (Mechanical / Electromechanical) – Custom Machine Building
We’re hiring an R&D Engineer with a mechanical or electromechanical background to develop custom-built machines for the aviation, automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
What you’ll do:
* Design and develop bespoke machines and automation equipment
* Take concepts from idea → prototype → deployed system
* Engineer mechanisms, motion systems, tooling, and integrated assemblies
* Test, iterate, and industrialize solutions for real production environments
What you bring:
* MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
* 2+ years industry experience (ideal, not essential)
* PhD students / researchers welcome
* Strong CAD, hands-on prototyping, and design-for-manufacture mindset
* Practical problem-solver who likes seeing machines come to life
