Project Overview
Since 2017, a comprehensive digital platform has been responsible for coordinating organizational and digital processes within the justice sector. This initiative is focused on executing digitalization projects that improve the enforcement of financial penalties, reduce administrative workloads, and streamline the criminal justice chain.
The core mission is to:
* Accelerate the processing of penalties.
* Reduce workload via a unified chain approach.
* Digitize information processing.
* Optimize the financial execution of sentences.
* Enhance accessibility and transparency for citizens to strengthen public trust.
You will be joining a high-impact initiative focused on developing a personalized ICT service—a modern case management system—designed for the automated processing of traffic violations, spanning from initial collection to final enforcement.
The Role
As an Expert Solution Architect, you are a cornerstone of our technical strategy. You will lead complex software projects, working at the intersection of internal teams, external partners, and public agencies. You are a technical leader capable of designing robust, scalable, and secure solutions while mentoring others and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Leadership: Provide high-level direction, make critical architectural decisions, and define technical requirements for complex software projects.
* Architectural Design: Develop and oversee technical architectures, ensuring they align with business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
* Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business analysts to assess feasibility and ensure project alignment.
* Quality Management: Oversee code quality through rigorous reviews, define coding standards, and proactively identify opportunities to improve these standards.
* Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical escalation point to resolve bottlenecks and address complex technical challenges.
* Knowledge Transfer: Document architectures, processes, and designs to ensure long-term sustainability and clarity across the team.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance to team members, promoting a culture of learning, effectiveness, and innovation.
Candidate Profile
Requirements
* Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a significant emphasis on technical leadership and project coordination.
* Technical Depth: In-depth knowledge of modern software development principles and diverse toolsets.
* Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex, enterprise-level technical issues.
* Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Tools/Process: Expert-level familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
