With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we're dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur's Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Tech Feature Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
Responsibilities
* Help organise, manage and follow up on technical feature groups and ensure delivery according to specs
* Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives and timelines.
* Help translate new pipelines, workflows, features, ideas and requests into requirements and actionable production plans
* Help setup and administrate production pipelines (Jira, reporting, …)
* Help analyse existing solutions, new proposals and propose improvements
* As a reality check, play the game and try the features to assess priorities, progress and quality
* Prioritise, reprioritise, handle requests
* Track work and progress and react accordingly
* Unblock, solve or escalate issues, remove distractions
Requirements
* Experience in game development and game production
* Game programming experience (in C++)
* Advanced Jira experience (Admin level)
* Adaptable and versatile in managing and following up on complex features across technical domains
* Can remain impartial and be the voice of reason in the room
* Proficiency with Google Sheets, Jira, Miro, Confluence
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to go into "finishing mode" when needed to close features
* Ability to distill complex features into actionable, bite-sized tasks, identifying correct priorities and building clear roadmaps
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mediate between disciplines while remaining objective and solution-oriented
* Great verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts

* Experience with multiple platforms
* Is a gamer and loves RPGs
* Experience within a custom/in-house engine environment
