Your role and key responsibilities will be

* Participate in Obelis events.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting,, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management in Belgium
* Strong understanding of Belgian labour laws and market practices
* In-depth knowledge of Belgian compensation structures, benefits packages, social security systems, and tax regulations
* Loves data analytics and has ability to effectively present data and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing compensation and benefits programs.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, SD Worx, etc.) is a plus
