WHO ARE WE?
The European Forum for Research and Education in Allergy and Airway Diseases (EUFOREA) was founded as an international non-profit organisation under Belgian law in 2015, based in Brussels. Chronic airway diseases are the most common chronic diseases in children and throughout the life cycle. EUFOREA aims to reduce the prevalence and burden of chronic respiratory diseases via education, research, advocacy, and the implementation of novel digital solutions.
EUFOREA is an international non-profit organisation allying all stakeholders from national and international organisations, institutions, and agencies working towards the common vision of preventing and improving the burden of chronic respiratory diseases (asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis, rhinitis).
HOW CAN YOU HELP IN MAKING THE CHANGE?
The Digital Content Creator will join the Marketing team and work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to execute content strategies that align with EUFOREA’s brand and business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality digital content across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and support marketing initiatives.
The job is remote and will be full-time. The candidate is preferably based in Belgium. 👈
WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY ROLES?
🔹 Marketing Plan & Campaigns: Aligns with Marketing Manager in planning and implementing marketing activities
o Develop the MKT & Communications plan & strategy based on the upcoming activities,
o Alignment in creating MKT campaigns (organic and/or paid campaigns),
🔹 Marketing and Educational Materials: Creating and developing EUFOREA’s Marketing and educational Materials
🔹 Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and monitor social media content to drive engagement and brand visibility. Social Media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Spotify and TikTok, and other external social media projects,
o Content Development: Create visual and video content for social media,
o Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance on social media using analytics tools and provide insights for continuous improvement. Create monthly reports with exported data from SM platforms.
🔹 Website Management: Assist with content management on EUFOREA’s website via WordPress, making sure SEO & keywords align with the content
o Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance on EUFOREA’s website, creating monthly reports via Google Analytics.
🔹 Newsletter: Assist with Newsletter planning and content creation,
o Update information in the CRM system,
🔹 Graphic Design & Multimedia: Assist in creating visual assets, including infographics, presentations, and short-form videos.
🔹 E-Academy Platform: Assist with any masterclass/webinar that will be recorded and placed in the EUFOREA e-Academy platform.
o Create/coordinate/review the webinar presentations and schedules of the speakers,
o Track content performance on EUFOREA’s e-Academy platform, via WordPress. Create a monthly report via Google Analytics.
🔹 Collaboration with the Board, the Marketing Manager, the Operations Director & HR/Events Manager in supporting events,
🔹 Supporting other projects from the team, such as Innovation Forum, EUFOREA News shows, and podcasts…
WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY AMBITIONS?
👉 Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
💙 Brand Visibility: Increase the visibility and growth of EUFOREA, not only in Europe but more importantly internationally – more presence in the USA
💭 Partner’s Communications: Work closely with the partner’s communications department on how to collaborate and boost the visibility of EUFOREA
📺 Social Media: Increase the engagement in social media, creating and reusing EUFOREA’s content
🗣 Audience: Define the exact EUFOREA’s audience and how/where/when to target them
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
🧩 You have a Marketing background and/or social media experience,
🎙️ You are proficient in the professional English language; knowledge of other (European) languages (s) is a plus.
📚 You have a good knowledge of MS Office and are willing to learn to use other software applications.
🛠️ You have basic knowledge of Marketing tools but are willing to learn to use other software applications and the current ones. Marketing tools such as Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google TagManager, etc.), Canva, social media platforms, WordPress, MailChimp, Zoom.
🚀 You feel comfortable working in an international context.
🚧 You are an ace in project management and in managing multiple responsibilities.
🕺 You are willing/capable of working in a virtual environment but with regular physical meetings in Belgium.
📍 You are willing/capable of attending (inter)national events of EUFOREA if required.
💪🏻 You are able and willing to represent EUFOREA at (inter)national meetings, if required.
👥 You are a loyal team player, but also capable of working independently
