Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct deep-dive research into brand identity, target audiences, and competitor landscape to identify creative opportunities.
* Develop strategic, trend-led ad concepts that capture attention and drive direct response.
* Write compelling copy for short-form video, including hooks, scripts, and clear calls to action.
* Use data from Meta Ads Manager or Motion to evaluate ad performance and guide creative iterations.
* Collaborate with and lead production teams to ensure final creatives align with strategic objectives.
Essential Experience:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in DTC e-commerce or creative strategy roles.
* Proven track record writing direct-response ads for social media, with a strong conversion focus.
* Proficient in analysing creative performance using Meta Ads Manager or Motion.
* Strong understanding of short-form video content and consumer psychology.
* Highly organised with a structured approach to script writing and idea development.
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000
