Mission
You will be part of the Optimy IT Engineering team (~25 people) and will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of qualitative software solutions, raising our standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. You collaborate with the Product team, to design, implement, and maintain robust interfaces that meet our business needs.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain front-end features using Vue.js with tight integration into PHP-based back-end systems
* Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and deliver sprint stories in line with velocity and roadmap expectations
* Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure UI consistency, responsiveness, and performance across browsers and devices
* Ensure front-end code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices by conducting code reviews and refactoring where needed
* Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, functional interfaces
* Proactively identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues and suggest improvements in the front-end stack
About You
* You have a degree in computer science, a related field or an equivalent proven experience.
* You have already professionally participated in projects built using Vue.js, Bootstrap, Webpack, jquery, lodash, … or equivalent.
* You have at least 3 years of experience in this type of role.
* You are a developer at heart with deep knowledge of the Front-end culture
* You feel comfortable working with existing architecture, ensuring its maintenance and being a driving force for new ideas and improvements.
* You are proficient in code versioning control, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices.
