Your Responsibilities | PSF – Senior Corporate Officer – Legal - SPV
* You will be responsible for the corporate and administrative management of companies linked to investment funds.
* You will handle communications with notaries, banks, and the CSSF.
* You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain shareholder registers.
* You will liaise directly with clients and advise them on corporate matters such as capital increases, change of seat, and other strategic decisions.
Profile and Career Path | PSF – Senior Corporate Officer – Legal - SPV
* You have at least 5 years of experience in corporate administration or a similar field;
* A degree in Law or Business Administration is an asset;
* You speak fluent English and have a good command of French, which will be helpful in dealing with international clients and internal teams;
* You are highly organized, autonomous, and driven to provide high-quality service
