About Our Client
Our client is a leading company in Retail undergoing an ERP implementation to optimize its warehouse processes.
Job Description
Oversee and support the warehouse team during the ERP implementation (Microsoft Business Central).
Assist the Warehouse Manager and their assistant with day-to-day operational tasks.
Coordinate ERP process alignment and ensure smooth integration into warehouse workflows.
Organize and deliver training sessions for approximately 10 warehouse staff (blue‐collar workers).
Act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues during the transition phase.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in warehouse operations and ERP implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage change and train teams effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and support staff during a high-stress transition period.
Hands-on, pragmatic approach with experience in manual warehouse processes.
