About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers across Belgium and northern France.
About the Job:
* You will be responsible for the follow-up of all technical interventions at our customers' sites, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise.
* Apart from troubleshooting and repair works, you will also be involved in the installation of new equipment on our customers' production lines.
* As part of this role, you will work closely with our planning department to schedule appointments and manage customer requests.
* You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and develop your skills through intensive training programs in Belgium and Germany.
About You:
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Sciences, Electricity, Mechanics, Electronics or Electromechanics, or equivalent experience.
* You possess relevant (technical) maintenance experience in an industrial environment, which will give your candidacy an extra edge.
* You are a well-organized problem-solver and an efficient communicator, able to critically think along technically based on the customer's request.
* You are open to learning new (technical) things during our intensive trainings in Belgium and Germany.
* You speak at least 2 of the 3 languages quite well (English, French, Dutch).
