For the role of mechanical design engineer (cfd) you will have to combine your technical expertise with innovative thinking. Perform reverse engineering on various components and equipment; Utilize FEA (Finite Element Analysis) calculations to assess the mechanical integrity and structural performance of certain components; Perform performance calculations using 1D mean-line and 3D CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) techniques; Analyse and interpret results from calculations to identify areas for potential performance enhancement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate improvements and enhancements into existing designs; Contribute to the development of best practices and innovative methodologies within the field of rotating equipment design and performance. In order to perform efficiently the role of mechanical design engineer (cfd), you will need: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering; Proficiency in reverse engineering methods and tools (Preferred but not a must); Proficiency in 3D design methods and tools (Inventor, Catia, Creo).
