As a Senior Business Analyst, you play a central role in the implementation of the central lighting management system and its integration into existing operational and IT landscapes. You translate complex operational needs into clear processes, data flows, and functional requirements, while acting as a strong representative of end users throughout delivery and adoption.
What you'll do
* Conduct in-depth business analyses across the digital lighting chain, including asset lifecycle management for intelligent lighting devices.
* Analyse and define required data flows between backend systems and the central lighting management platform.
* Translate operational needs into clear business and functional requirements.
* Act as a user representative throughout the project lifecycle.
* Analyse reporting and information needs related to public lighting operations.
* Prepare, coordinate, and support user acceptance testing.
* Contribute to testing activities and validate delivered functionality.
* Complete and maintain process documentation, procedures, and user instructions.
* Facilitate workshops and apply appropriate facilitation techniques to align stakeholders.
* Support change management activities to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
What are we looking for?
* You have
at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
, with a strong focus on tooling and process-oriented environments.
* You have proven experience in
business process modelling and optimization (BPM)
.
* You have solid experience working in
Agile project environments
.
* You demonstrate a
hands-on, pragmatic approach
and strong customer orientation.
* You are experienced in
stakeholder management
and facilitation techniques.
* You have proven experience with
public lighting processes, systems, and operations
.
* You bring experience within a
Belgian utilities or public infrastructure context
.
* You have
strong experience in change management
.
* You are
fluent in Dutch (CEFR C2)
