For an established, family-owned industrial group with strong roots in the Benelux, we are searching for an executive leader to head one of its strategic business units.

What you will do

• Take full P&L responsibility for a strategic business unit and lead teams across multiple sites
• Build a transformation plan based on a thorough review of operations, commercial activity and customer portfolio
• Open new commercial avenues and strengthen the B2B positioning
• Report to the group and partner closely with governance and family shareholders

What you bring

• Proven track record as CEO, Division Head or GM in an industrial or logistics environment
• Demonstrated execution of transformation programs, not advisory-only
• Full P&L ownership combined with operational commercial drive
• Strong B2B + new business development capabilities
• Multi-site leadership, with Dutch as your primary language and fluent business English & French
• Connecting leadership style suited to a family-anchored group context
