Your mission
As part of the development of our activities and the strengthening of our team, HR Partners is looking for a freelance consultant specialised in absenteeism management. You will support our clients in analysing, understanding, and reducing absenteeism, in connection with their organisational, managerial, and human challenges.
Your responsibilities
* Lead absenteeism management projects, from the initial analysis to the implementation of action plans.
* Analyse the root causes of absenteeism using HR data, qualitative interviews, diagnostic tools, and existing processes.
* Design and support absenteeism management policies, aligned with company culture, legal frameworks, and performance objectives.
* Facilitate workshops and working groups with key stakeholders (HR, managers, employees, etc.).
* Design and deliver awareness-raising and training sessions, particularly for frontline managers.
* Support change management at both individual and collective levels, to foster engagement with new practices.
Your profile
* Proven experience in absenteeism management and project delivery.
* Strong understanding of HR issues, workplace well-being, and organisational dynamics.
* Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative HR data analysis methods.
* Confidence in group facilitation, training delivery, and workshop management.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Knowledge of the Belgian legal framework regarding absenteeism and workplace well-being.
* Fluency in French and Dutch.
