You will manage the full flow of goods, from receiving and storing components to preparing kits and shipping finished products.
Your tasks:
• You receive, verify, and register incoming goods in our ERP system.
• You organize and secure ESD-compliant storage areas, ensuring proper labelling and traceability.
• You prepare and deliver kits to the assembly line based on production schedules.
• You work closely with the Production Department to anticipate material needs.
• You maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• You optimize warehouse processes and implement best practices for efficiency and safety.
• You handle packaging and shipping of finished goods, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements.
• You coordinate with third-party logistics providers and support export documentation when needed.
ProfielYou bring 3–5 years of experience in a supervisor role. Experience in electronics or optics is a strong asset.
You have:
• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• A hands-on mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse/logistics procedures and safety policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• A forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
You must hold a valid Belgian work permit. Please note that the hiring company does not offer work permit sponsorship.
