Job Description

The tasks of the business analyst include conducting functional and needs analyses independently to develop policy applications CAP and PDPO for the client.
Within the team, the business analyst plays a leading role, including functional testing of developed applications. A strong knowledge of analysis techniques is essential.
Technical Skills
* At least 5 years of professional experience in writing business and functional analyses
* Experience with analysis techniques (UML, mockups, etc.)
* Knowledge of SQL and Oracle
* Knowledge of database design methods (e.g., ERD)
* Experience with analysis and testing of web applications
* Knowledge of Agile software development (Scrum)
* Knowledge of BPMN
* Experience as a Scrum Master
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and implement organizational and HR policies
* Coordinate and implement logistics policies
* Coordinate information policy, management, and support digitization efforts
* Manage data policy and data management
* Coordinate and implement IT policies
* Manage communication policy, including the Flemish Rural Network
* Handle financial management for various Flemish funds and policies
* Conduct internal audits
