Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and ICT contracts, including cloud and outsourcing agreements Be the lead legal counsel on AI projects Provide legal advice on commercial law and ICT‑related matters Advise on GDPR compliance and manage data protection agreements Maintain and update privacy statements and internal policies Support incident response for data breaches and collaborate with DPO and ISO teams Monitor and interpret new regulations (DORA, AI Act, cybersecurity) and assess impact on operations Ensure compliance with EU and Belgian laws in ICT and digital services The Successful Applicant
