Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator / DevOps Engineer to maintain and support our critical platform, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance. The role involves managing a complex Linux-based environment, improving automation processes, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
What You Will Do:
* Maintain and support a critical production platform with high availability requirements
* Manage and administer a complex Linux stack including Oracle, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and business applications
* Improve and maintain automated deployment processes using Ansible, Docker, and Jenkins
* Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python
* Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in production environments
* Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability
* Collaborate with product teams and a Center of Expertise team to enhance platform performance and stability
* Ensure system monitoring, performance optimization, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
* Strong experience in Linux system administration
* Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash and Python)
* Solid experience with Ansible and Docker
* Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes
* Good knowledge of Oracle databases
* Familiarity with Kafka and Elasticsearch is a strong plus
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams
* Experience in high-availability or production-critical environments
