In this role, you will support financial institutions in their transformation journey. Supporting transformation: Assist financial institutions in adapting to change, focusing on areas such as Operations in Banking & Insurance, Customer & Commercial Services, and Finance Transformation.
Work with senior team members to support workshops, gather business requirements, and document key insights.
Assist in coordinating and supporting project activities across multiple teams, working closely with project/program managers.
Learn about and contribute to projects in areas like Daily Banking, Lending, Investments, and Life or Non-Life Insurance.
Other projects to improve business acumen of mainly Banking & Insurance.
Hold a master's degree in business engineering, applied economics or a similar field. Experience: Have 1 year of experience in consulting and/or the financial sector. First audit experience, internal or external, within a financial services context is a strong asset.
Knowledge of banking and/or insurance products is a plus.
Language proficiency: Are fluent in Dutch and French, with strong English skills.
Work independently while being a strong team player.
