AISIN EUROPE is part of the Japanese AISIN Corporation, a leading supplier of automotive technology products employing more than 100,000 people worldwide.Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityMove forward, build the future (optimize actions and have the courage to change, keep up with the latest developments, make sure our actions help the local community and the environment)Safety, health and quality supremacy as a foundationShape the future of our Aftermarket Sales operations.To support our growth in West Europe, we are looking for a hands-on Sales Aftermarket professional ready to take a broader role combining business development, commercial coordination, and team support .This position is based at our European Headquarters in Belgium and requires regular on-site presence, with a hybrid setup allowing up to two days of homeworking per week.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has already built solid experience in the automotive aftermarket and wants to expand their scope towards regional impact, without moving into a purely strategic or senior leadership role.As part of the West Europe Sales team, you play a key role in driving commercial performance across the aftermarket network (distributors, wholesalers, buying groups, etc.).Act as a commercial driver for the region, supporting growth and revenue developmentCoordinate and support a small Sales team (Belgium remote colleagues in Europe)This role is primarily business & sales driven, with people coordination as a plus .Drive Aftermarket Sales PerformanceCoordinate Sales Activities (West Europe)Align priorities across different markets and support execution of commercial plansSupport Team CollaborationAct as a go-to person for a small team of 4–5 Sales colleaguesContribute to a positive and performance-oriented team dynamicSolid experience (typically 5–8 years) in automotive aftermarket sales, with a strong focus on operational and customer-facing activities.Comfortable working in an international environmentExposure to multi-country sales organizationsFluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)An opportunity to shape team performance and contribute directly to AISIN Europe's commercial success in Europe.Attractive benefits and development opportunities within a global automotive leader.The final stage of our recruitment process is an Assessment Center, designed to evaluate your soft skills and leadership potential. xdkqlui Applications submitted by external recruitment agencies will not be considered.
