Job Description
Global Partnerships Trainee
As a Global Partnerships Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the identification and
development of strategic partnerships and integrations that enhance Shiji Group’s product offerings
and fuel global growth. This hands-on role provides an exciting opportunity to work directly with the
Shiji Global Partnerships team and cross-functional teams, gaining insight into real-world business
strategy, technology integrations, and industry innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Partnership Development & Support:
∙Assist with the identification and evaluation of potential partnerships including hospitality
technology providers and technology platforms.
∙Researching the partners business, product offering and use cases to support product
integration planning
∙Participate in the integration lifecycle from discovery & scoping to launching including
assisting the business for go-to-market activities.
∙Collaborate with various internal teams to align Partnership activities with business goals
∙Provide administrative support for partnership initiatives, including preparing meeting briefs,
reports, and documentation to support partnership workflows
∙Work closely with Global Partnerships team to address strategic projects and other ad-hoc
tasks and requirements
2.Partnership Operations & Optimisation:
∙Help maintain and optimize partner CRM records and dashboards including CRM content and
partner communication.
∙Support communication workflows and coordinate follow-ups with partner contacts
including regular communication, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
∙Maintain the department planner, ensuring all partnership activities and tasks are tracked
and met on time.
∙Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to support the partnership team’s objectives.
3.Industry Monitoring:
∙Monitor market trends and industry movements (including acquisitions, updates, and
emerging trends) in the hospitality technology sector to support the partnerships Shiji
Market Watch project.
∙Monitor and conduct competitors research, product offerings, and market positioning to
support the analysis of customer needs to help identify new integration opportunities.
4.Trade Show Coordination:
∙Assist in identifying and scheduling trade show meetings with key partners and stakeholders
for major tradeshows.
∙Prepare meeting briefs, objectives, and follow-up sheets to ensure seamless handovers and
actions are completed.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Technology, Hospitality or a
* related field.
* Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Familiarity with productivity tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
* Interest in hospitality or hospitality tech is a plus
