🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for an ERP Expert with a strong DevSecOps focus to join a large-scale, high-compliance European environment.
You will be part of an experienced team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing secure and automated software delivery processes across a complex enterprise IT landscape.
This role requires someone who can be fully operational from day one and contribute immediately.
⚙️ Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ERP and enterprise applications
* Apply DevSecOps practices across the software delivery lifecycle
* Develop and maintain automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code
* Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and compliance checks into pipelines
* Optimize build, deployment, and release processes
* Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams
* Support secure, scalable application deployment
* Provide guidance on best practices in DevOps, automation, and security
🧠 Required Skills
Must-have
* Strong experience in DevOps / DevSecOps within enterprise environments
* Hands-on experience with:
* CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.)
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
* Containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes
* Programming / scripting:
* Python
* Shell / Bash
* JavaScript (for automation/pipelines)
* Experience with Linux systems
* Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments
* Strong understanding of secure SDLC practices
* Experience with security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, etc.)
Databases
* Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
Languages
* English: fluent
* French: good working proficiency

* Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
* Knowledge of identity & access management (IAM)
* Experience working in highly interconnected IT landscapes
