1. Payroll administration for the 3 countries
2. Contract management
3. Administration of general HR documents
4. Data follow-up in HR Tools
5. General Benefits follow up
6. Support in all internal communication
7. Participation to HR team meetings
8. Recruitment support (rather limited)
9. Extra HR projects
Qualifications
10. Study orientation: Office Management, HR Management, Social Work – Personeelsbeleid ,…
11. Student status/internship under school contract (Master or Bachelor)
12. Fluency in Dutch. Good knowledge of French and English
13. Available for a minimum of 12 weeks – preferred longer
