Design System Engineer - Digital Innovation

Design System Engineer - THE PROFILE :
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with a passion for Design Systems and Web Components. You'll join a dedicated team building and maintaining a shared component library that acts as the visual and functional foundation of dozens of frontend applications across the company.
You're someone who loves writing clean, accessible, reusable code, and enjoys bridging the gap between design and development.
Must-Have Skills:
1. Solid experience as a frontend developer with a focus on design systems
2. Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and component-based architecture
3. Strong knowledge of Lit or similar frameworks (React, Stencil, etc.)
4. Experience with Storybook, Style Dictionary, and UI documentation
5. Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
6. Experience with automated testing (e.g. Playwright, Jest)
7. Good knowledge of Git workflows, code reviews, and collaboration in Agile teams
8. Ability to work closely with designers (Figma experience is a plus)
Nice-to-Haves:
9. Experience in a regulated or enterprise environment (e.g. financial, insurance, telecom)
10. Familiarity with Node.js, React, or SPA architecture
11. Cloud knowledge (Azure preferred)
12. Hands-on mindset, with the ability to work independently and propose improvements
