SAP CRM Specialist
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP CRM Specialist.
Key Requirements:
- You will act as a key player in the evolution and support of Business Partners in the current SAP CRM application and its move to the new SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- Creation and update process of B2C & B2B customers.
- Use of external identifiers for functional processes (sales & service).
- GDPR compliancy in SAP.
- Data quality management, including identification and cleansing of duplicates.
- Integration with external SAP & non SAP systems (including SAP CDC and SAP C4C V2).
- You provide day-to-day excellence in Functional & Technical Application Support which entails:
* End to End responsibility for resolving assigned incidents/requests.
* Diagnosing/Analyzing issues and changes, design solutions.
* Preparation of functional/technical specifications using technical expertise.
* Customizing in SAP CRM.
- Will move their processes to SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Version 2 + S/4HANA in a waved approach. This includes:
* Functional set up of to be migrations (lift & shift or new).
* Data migration and validations.
* Considering the waved approach, we will need to foresee a parallel run, synchronizing the old landscape with the new landscape.
- You will play a crucial role in the setup of this, working closely with the Client's implementation partner.
- You will report to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Area Lead and the SAP CS stream Project Manager.
Key Experience:
- Hands on experience in SAP CRM in the last 3 years.
- Hands on experience in SAP S/4HANA in the last 3 years.
- Proven experience in the set up of SAP Business Partners in at least 1 full project lifecycle.
- The candidate communicates fluently in English (spoken and written) at minimum CEFR level C1, and in at least one national language (Dutch or French) at minimum CEFR level B2 (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills to analyse functional requirements and translate these into functional specifications and technical implementations.
- At least 3 years of experience in application maintenance, preferably with also experience in working with offshore.
- Experience of working in a railway context is considered a plus, considering the specific processes we have in our scope.
- Experience in working in an agile (sprint) manner is a plus.
- Experience in Business Partner migration from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Experience in setting up GDPR processes in SAP is a plus.
- (Customizing) Experience with the CRM web UI (CRM 7.0).
- SAP OData and Fiori Design experience.
- Strong Experience with the SAP CRM Sales, Service and Marketing module.
- Middleware/Integration experience.
- Experience and technical skills for the integration of SAP CRM with other (SAP) systems and solutions via SAP PI and SAP CPI.
- Strong experience with SAP Business Partner concept (CRM and/or S/4HANA) is a must.
- Experience in CVI (Customer Vendor Integration) is a plus.
- Experience in SAP ILM is a plus.
- Understanding of ABAP and capable of debugging is a must.
- Experience in integration of BPs with other systems (ECC, FICA, CDC) is a plus.
- Tooling: Experience in ServiceNow and Jira is considered a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in the 2nd national language (Dutch/French).
