We are the top 2nd hand luxury brand in Hong Kong with strong supportive from Komehyo Holdings in Japan. To cope with our fast growing in Hong Kong and Asia area, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the team to further develop the business in e-commerce.
What Will The Role Preform
Lead the development and launch of the e-commerce website & various e-platforms;
Plan and implement e-commerce sales plan to achieve the sales turnover target set by the Company;
Analysis the website traffic / user behavior to enhance the current e-commerce operation & campaign;
Manage relationships with various service providers related to e-commerce operations;
Oversee the UX/UI optimization to create a smooth & comfortable shopping experience for customers;
Maintain the smooth logistic process from company to customers & solve the troubles related to logistic issues, and
Work closely with Retail Operations, Product & Marketing department to ensure the smooth operation
We Are Looking For
Bachelor in business, digital marketing, or related discipline;
5 years or above significant experience in e-commerce management role with new platform development experience, preferably in luxury or fashion industry;
Strong sense in sales driven practice and build up the "target achieving" attitude in the team;
Cheerful with good communication skills, able to lead the team to complete various challenges;
Strong sense in global e-commerce standard with experience enhancing UX/UI of the company website
Able to aggregate/analyze historical and current data, run PDCA cycles, and build up future strategies;
Communication in Japanese, with Level N3 or above pass in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is highly preferred, and
Able to work in shift base
