About the job
Most of the time, we deliver a standard version of Odoo to our customers. However, some want a more tailored solution: from adding a simple button to developing larger custom features .
As a Software Engineer, youll turn these customization requests into reality, handling everything from technical analysis to development and support .
Unlike traditional consulting firms, you wont be sent to clients: youll collaborate directly with our Business Analysts, your in-house colleagues who handle customer relations. Youll work from our Antwerp office, with most client follow-ups done online.

Responsibilities
* Create impactful solutions for clients of all sizes and industries, turning their business needs into smart Odoo features
* Ensure long-term success by maintaining, improving, and supporting the custom solutions you've built
* Shape our SaaS offer by tailoring it to unique customer requirements
* Empower our partners through guidance and training, helping them deliver outstanding Odoo projects
As our Antwerp team is being established, the new hire will complete their onboarding at Odoo's headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve for a period of three months. The first month will be fully on-site, followed by up to 40% remote work for the remaining two months.
The starting date is flexible and will be determined in consultation with the successful candidate.
