From our sites in Waregem, we support customers worldwide with fast, accurate and customer‑focused service.To strengthen our Sales & Pricing department, we are looking for a Customer Care Advisor for the Estonian market, someone who enjoys daily customer contact, structured follow‑up and building long‑term relationships.
Your new role
As a Customer Care Advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers from Estonia. You handle their questions, requests and administrative needs across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. You take ownership of your customer portfolio and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
2. Following up on customer requests, including straightforward complaints.
3. Registering and maintaining customer data and documentation in the system.
4. Acting as the main contact point for your assigned customer portfolio.
5. Sharing customer insights with sales colleagues to support account planning.
6. Guiding customers in using the TVH eCommerce platform.
7. Ensuring accurate administration of import/export documents and other customer files.
Your profile
You are communicative, organized and comfortable working with different stakeholders. You enjoy taking ownership, keeping an overview and delivering high‑quality service in a dynamic environment.
You bring:
8. First experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.
9. Fluency in Estonian and English; Russian is an asset.
10. Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
11. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
12. Eagerness to learn products, systems and processes.
13. A proactive, flexible and team‑oriented attitude.
