Design in Figma, then turn it into a working prototype using Claude Code, Cursor, or any sharp tool in your kit Build directly in Claude Code when the moment calls for it Stay relentlessly curious about new tools, trends, and techniques Use motion tools like Jitter to bring UI to life, or bring your own favourites Inspire the people around you by being open about your process and discoveries Take initiative, communicate clearly, and follow through What we look for
