The opportunity
You will join our Business Consulting Finance Belgium service line, a team of consultants & executives with diverse industry knowledge, along with unique consulting expertise. You will work with some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world and address critical issues of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

We will team up to:
1. Define a finance vision, mission and strategy
2. Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments and benchmarking
3. Design and implement new Finance Operating Models
4. Design and implement Shared Service Centers (Global Business Services)
5. Drive process excellence in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis
6. Leverage automation and digital processes
Profile
7. Master degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
8. 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting or in the delivery of large scale Finance & Operating Model programs in the industry
9. Experience with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis
10. Knowledge of technologies such as RPA, process mining, SAP, etc. is a plus
11. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch and/or French
12. Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
13. A proven ability to work in a team environment with diverse groups
14. Forward thinker, quick learner, and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges
15. Flexible with travel requirements
