About the RoleJoin GS1 Healthcare team for a 6-month internship beginning in March 2026 and contribute to shaping global standards in healthcare. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support strategic activities ranging from research and planning to event coordination and marketing.

What You'll Work On
Meeting supportTaking clear and accurate minutes during internal and external meetingsOrganising meeting notes, action points, and follow-up items
Research & monitoringSupporting desk research on healthcare policy, regulatory developments, and digital health initiativesAssisting with the collection and organisation of information related to traceability, identification, and digital health topics
Database & information managementEntering, updating, and maintaining structured information in internal databases and tracking toolsSupporting the organisation of policy initiatives, pilot projects, and regulatory references
General team supportAssisting with document preparation, presentations, and reportingProviding administrative support for projects related to healthcare regulation, electronic Product Leaflets (ePLs), and digital health

Who You Are AcademicallyA university student studying Business, Management, Public Administration, Law, Healthcare Policy, or another related discipline currently enrolled in a course that requires an internship to be completed.Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English (C2 level).Mandatory strong computer literacy: MS Office, especially SharePoint skills are required.
Who You Are as a PersonPro-active self-starter with a willingness to use their own initiative.Someone who enjoys working in an international environment and who takes ownership of tasks.Detail-oriented and organised.A team player with a positive mindset, open to helping wherever needed.Someone willing to absorb new information and learn new skills.
Indemnity and conditionsThis unpaid internship should be executed at the Brussels office (hybrid, 2 days in-office per week); applicants must, however, be legally entitled to work in Belgium (and show proof, if required) if they execute the internship from the office in Brussels.
