Mission
* Define, optimize, implement and monitor BU operations, worldwide, for service as well as new equipment.
* Act, as a permanent Management Team Member, to elaborate 5 years strategic planning and adapt resources and organization to secure its success.
* Role models customer centricity, operational excellence and cultivates diversity & openness to exceed industry standards on the field.

* Functional leadership: Contributes to the vision and strategy of a BU/BL, or of an enabling function
* Drives the strategy for his/her remit (one or more subfunctions)
* Translates the strategy into operational plans and guides their realization
* Decisions impact the medium to long-term achievement of global BU goals
* Accountable for strategy execution and the achievement of goals for his/her remit (one or more subfunctions)
* Operational leadership:
* Drives, sizes and develops 4 Teams (around 30 colleagues), in coordination with respective managers, to match installation and service activities needs (driven by Project Managers and Technical Account Managers) :
* Field Engineers office (3 regions),
* Technical Experts office,
* Operational Engineering office (Service, Accelerators, Facilities, Conveyors & Integration),
* Training office and labs (2 regions)
* Sponsors and animate transversal (e.g. regional) optimization through processes and resources allocation
* Fosters career tracks and opportunities to develop and anchor operational knowledge on long term basis (5+ years average)
* Animate a governance on continuous improvement with clear plan, expectations and measurable results
* Business leadership
* Structure and propose field return on experience to feed product road mapping and reliability program
* Supports R&D and New Applications in operations (tests, validation, …) and operating models
* Support pre-sale on operational topics
* Represent our company internally (ad interim of every MT members) and externally (visits, conference, …)

* Required Experience
: A minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial sector, with a preference for environments where product delivery is essential.
* Leadership
: Proven experience in managing international and multicultural teams is necessary. The candidate should be able to manage teams in a collaborative and participative manner.
* Change Management
: Experience in change management is a significant asset. The candidate should be able to support and guide teams through periods of transformation.
* Operational Skills
: A strong background is required, particularly in operations and resource management.
* Business Acumen
: The candidate should have good business sense and be able to understand and analyze business cases.
* Stress Resilience
: The ability to remain consistent and effective under pressure is crucial for this role.
* Travel
: The position requires approximately 15% travel to meet with colleagues and clients.
You are able to communicate in French and English.
The job will be located in Belgium.
