This is a pivotal role for someone who is at ease with pace, change and responsibility. You will act as a trusted right hand, bringing structure, foresight and calm to a demanding agenda while helping the CEO stay focused on what matters most. What you’ll do You will oversee a broad range of executive support responsibilities, including: managing a complex agenda and inbox with strong judgement and clear prioritisation coordinating meetings, briefings and follow-up actions with internal teams and external stakeholders organising detailed travel arrangements, adjusting quickly when plans change preparing presentations, correspondence and other confidential documents supporting expense management, purchase orders and administrative follow-up keeping files, contact information and systems up to date providing hands-on support during events, board meetings and business travel, in Belgium and abroad providing practical day-to-day support in the office and helping ensure the CEO is well supported throughout the day (coffee, lunch, personal tasks ) You are proactive, discreet and exceptionally well organised. You anticipate needs before they arise, communicate with ease at every level and know how to bring order to complexity. You also bring: proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic, fast-changing environment excellent planning, multitasking and time management skills strong interpersonal skills and a service-minded attitude a sharp eye for detail and a high level of confidentiality advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office excellent English, both written and spoken any additional EU language is an asset are comfortable combining high-level executive support with hands-on practical tasks, and you understand that excellent support sometimes includes small but important day-to-day gestures.
