About the job
Voor een Camping regio Nieuwpoort zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een jobstudent redders met diploma "Vlarem 2". Je zal gedurende de periode mei-september (tijdens de vakantieperiodes en beschikbare weekends) toezicht houden op het zwembad. Vakantie, camping, vele kleine kinderen ... niets houdt jou tegen om waakzaam te zijn.
Jouw takenpakket houdt in:
1. Actief toezicht houden op zwemmers en zorgen voor een veilige zwemomgeving
2. Snel en effectief reageren op noodsituaties en eerste hulp verlenen indien nodig
3. Je staat in voor het naleven van de hygiënevoorschriften
4. Je voert de dagelijkse waterkwaliteitsmetingen uit
5. Je ondersteund het animatieteam tijdens hun "pool"-activiteiten
Ben jij de alerte, bekwame persoon die wij zoeken? En heb jij de nodige attesten om van start te kunnen gaan? Geef ons dan zeker een seintje.

6. In het bezit van een ‘Hoger reddersbrevet’ afgeleverd door een erkende instantie en je bent in orde met de wettelijke jaarlijksebijscholingen
7. Dynamisch en klantvriendelijk
8. Discipline en diplomatie zijn je eigen
9. Een teamplayer maar je kan zelfstandig werken
10. Weekendwerk schrikt je niet af
11. Stressbestendig
12. Je praat vloeiend Nederlands, basis Frans en Engels is een minimum
13. Hygiëne, netheid en stiptheid draag je hoog in het vaandel

Working as a student
In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?
15. Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)
16. Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship
17. Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship
18. Independent learning – diploma via examination board
19. Finishing a thesis
20. Possibly adult education if main activity
