As a Store Manager – Accessories Premium brand, you will provide exceptional service to clients, guiding them through the selection and purchasing of accessories pieces. Your expertise in management, knowledge of materials and trends, and ability to build long-lasting relationships will be essential in delivering a personalized shopping experience for discerning customers.
* Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding, personalized service by understanding client preferences, needs, and lifestyle to offer tailored recommendations.
* Analysis: Follow the store's KPIs, take action with your team, and report directly to the retail manager.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and develop new ones through networking and word-of-mouth.
* Sales & Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging clients in-store and online, leveraging product knowledge.
* Product Knowledge and Presentation: Maintain an immaculate store presentation, ensuring accessories are displayed to high standards and accessible to clients.
* Consultation & Styling: Assist clients in selecting products aligned with their personal style, offering styling advice for various occasions.
* After-Sales Services: Provide excellent after-sales support, including care instructions and handling inquiries.
* Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand professionally, embodying its values and standards in every interaction.
* Experience: Proven experience (2-5 years) in luxury or premium retail, with high-end customer service experience being a plus.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage clients and build rapport quickly.
* Sales Acumen: Strong sales record with achievements in meeting or exceeding targets.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Languages: Fluency in English and good Flemish; additional languages are a plus.
* Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and retail management software.
