We are looking for a Process Analyst (Payments) who can start as soon as possible and is available for a short-term assignment.
This role is a temporary replacement for one of our consultants.
You will support the analysis, optimization, and implementation of payment processes.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and document end-to-end payment processes (SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, etc.)
* Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes
* Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for IT
* Support the implementation of process improvements and system changes
* Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2, compliance frameworks)
* Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, compliance, and business teams
* Contribute to testing activities (UAT) and validate implemented changes
* Monitor process performance and define KPIs
Profile & Requirements
* 3–7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in payments
* Strong knowledge of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, or instant payments)
* Experience within banking or financial services is required
* Solid understanding of process modelling (BPMN or similar)
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory)
