Job Description As a Digital Identity Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients design, implement, and manage robust and future-proof solutions for digital identity management. You are an expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and advise organizations on how they can securely and efficiently manage their digital identities, optimize the user experience, and comply with ever-changing laws and regulations.

Qualifications Responsibilities:
Advising clients on strategies, best practices, and solutions in the field of Digital Identity
Analysing clients’ current Digital Identity processes and systems and identifying areas for improvement and risks.
Designing and implementing Digital Identity solutions, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
Guiding clients in the selection and implementation of Digital Identity technologies and platforms (e.g., Ping Identity = ForgeRock, One Identity, Azure AD, CyberArk, …).
Developing and delivering workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments within Digital Identity, such as Zero Trust, decentralized identity (Self-Sovereign Identity – SSI), blockchain, AI in identity management, biometric authentication, and the European Digital Identity (eIDAS2).
Contributing to the development of new services and propositions within the Digital Identity domain.
Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drafting reports, documentation, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
A completed Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration with IT affinity).
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Digital Identity, IAM, or a related cybersecurity domain.
In-depth knowledge of Digital Identity concepts, processes, and technologies.
Experience with designing and implementing Digital Identity solutions.
Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/2, NIST, GDPR).
Familiarity with current trends such as Zero Trust, MFA, SSO, FIDO, OpenID Connect, SAML.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Dutch or French.
A proactive, client-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
A team player with the ability to work independently.
Certifications or specific IAM vendor certifications are a plus.
