You detect, analyze, and resolve technical faults. You develop and implement improvement proposals. You focus on both corrective and preventive maintenance of installations and the network. You handle the administrative follow‑up of the technical processes you carry out, in accordance with internal procedures. Your primary focus is on automation, instrumentation, and electrical systems. You will be involved in various technical projects, taking initiative and closely cooperating with colleagues. You work in the day shift with flexible working hours. Safety is your top priority; you strictly follow all safety rules and act as a role model for colleagues, external parties, and other stakeholders. You supervise external contractors and ensure they comply with all safety regulations and work agreements. You report directly to the Technical Manager. Qualifications Ideally, you hold a technical degree (bachelor/associate degree in automation, electromechanics, electricity, etc.) or have equivalent experience; specialization in process control and automated systems (PLC, safety PLC) is a strong asset. You have solid knowledge of instrumentation, automation, and electricity. You also have basic knowledge of industrial IT and mechanics. You are eager to learn and open to gaining new skills. Internal and external training is provided to support your professional and personal development. You have the ambition to grow into a supervisory role. You speak fluent Dutch and English.
