Like Morgane, Business Analyst at Cream, you work close to business IT teams and work on applications. Your tasks will be :br/
ul
liCommunicate with the different stakeholders in order to understand their requirements /li
liTranslate business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT /li
liAnalyze the impact due to required evolutions /li
liPerform impact analysis of new processes and determine the gaps between as-is and to-be situations /li
liDesign and document the to-be process /li
liOrganize the Test strategy and follow up the testing /li
liCoordinate and communicate with the different stakeholders /li
liChange management and deployment /li
liAdapt yourself to the new environment of our clients /li

h2What do we expect from our consultant ? /h2
ul
liYou have at least 2 years of experience in Business or Process analysis /li
liYou can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables /li
liYou are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an asset /li
liAn experience in project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, Agile...) and tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect...) could be a real asset /li
liA knowledge of Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camounda, UML, ...) /li
