The Role
As an account manager, you will play a critical role gathering information, documents ensuring the help in attaining yearly commercial objectives. You will report directly to the commercial director.
Key Responsabilities
* First customer call contact
* Ensure the actualization and maintenance of the CRM as far as rightful information are concerned
* Answer basic questions to clients, administrative key contact point for customers
* Compile, organize and check document accuracy
* Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information
* Participate in meetings and provide clear, well-researched insights
* Assist the commercial direction to gather information and documents
Ideal Candidate Profile
Here are the essential qualifications we’re looking for:
* A degree in business Administration or equivalent
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Soft Skills
* Passionate about FinTech innovation and eager to stay up to date with industry trends
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Willingness to take initiative and problem-solve
* A team player who can collaborate effectively with others
* Adaptability and a desire to develop within the role
Languages: Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
