For a key project for our client in energy sector, we’re looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support a large-scale digital upskilling program.
Your role You translate digital skill needs into structured, engaging learning journeys. Working closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and the internal academy, you ensure learning solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement blended learning programs (classroom, e-learning, microlearning) • Turn skill gaps into clear learning paths and objectives
• Select the right learning formats (build vs. reuse, internal vs. external)
• Ensure quality, consistency, and learner engagement • Track learning progress and evaluate training impact
• Align local initiatives with group-wide programs • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution
Your profile
• 5+ years in instructional design (blended learning) • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
• Strong didactic and content design skills (digital & classroom)
• Comfortable managing stakeholders in complex environments
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Organized, proactive, and confident challenging business needs Details
• 2 days onsite per week, the rest is remote
• End date: December 2026 (extension possible)
